Delivery
Products shall be delivered to the ‘Delivery Address’ specified when submitting the order.
The orders shall be sent via Lex system, UPS or Priority mail. Rekin UAB does not assume liability for delays caused by circumstances we cannot control.
Transfer of Liability and Ownership to the Customer
Entire product liability shall pass to You from the moment when the products are delivered to You.
Cancellation of Order
An order cannot be cancelled.
Return
High-quality optical products cannot be returned. So if You purchase a product but indicate incorrect parameters or colour, the products cannot be replaced or returned. Also, if colour of contact lenses fails to meet Your expectations, the product cannot be returned or replaced, since when buying You confirm that You are aware of product parameters.
When product we have delivered to You is of poor quality or damaged, You can return it to us to the address specified. When returning a product You must specify if You want the product to be replaced with other product of acceptable quality. Return or replacement shall only be possible when the product was not used or when factory defects are found in laboratory of the manufacturer’s representative. When You receive a wrong product because of our fault, the product return (when made from Lithuania through a courier) and redelivery costs shall be covered by us.
Refund shall be made in the same method as used when buying the products in the lenses2buy.com webpage (moneys shall be refunded to card or to bank account). We put efforts to make the refund process as brief as possible. We will make efforts to refund within one month from the event resulting in the refund (incorrect data, shortage of products or cancellation of order). Rekin UAB shall not be liable to make interest payments for money refunded.
Rekin UAB takes all the reasonable steps to protect its systems and software against computer viruses, errors and defects, but Rekin UAB shall not accept any liability and shall not be liable for operation of viruses or other malicious programs received when using our webpage, which can disturb operation of Your computer. Also, Rekin UAB shall not be liable for delays or faults that can arise in relation to use of our webpage.
We can only assume liability we acquire when failing to comply with these terms and conditions on that moment only when an order is submitted.
Transfer of Rights and Obligations
This is an agreement between You and Rekin UAB. Without an advance agreement in writing, You cannot transfer or assign any of the rights and obligations You assume under this agreement. But we can transfer and assign any of the rights and obligations assumed under this agreement without an advance notice or additional obligations to You.
Law
These conditions and rules are governed by law of the Republic of Lithuania. Any disputes shall be solved in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
Right to Amend These Rules and Conditions
We are entitled to amend these rules and conditions at any time without an advance notice or obligations.
